Fantastic 4-H'er:

emblem Franklin Duke

Seventeen year old eleventh grade 4-H’er, Franklin Duke, mastered in 4-H this past summer in the 4-H Performing Arts General Project.  An active Henry County 4-H’er, Duke has served in many offices including President of both the Northwest Senior and Junior District Boards of Directors and currently as the Vice-President of the Henry County 4-H County Council.  According to his application, “The continuing leadership skills I am learning through 4-H will carry me throughout high school, college and my career.” Franklin also says “4-H has helped my heart as I lead and minister to others through my performances, and community service and citizenship activities.”  He wishes that others knew that “4-H is a huge network of friends and I have made so many lifelong friends and gained so much leadership through my involvement.”  His future plans include majoring in musical performance and sharing his love of music and his faith with the world.  Congratulations to Franklin Duke from Henry County, this week’s Fantastic 4-H’er!  To read more, visit:  http://www.georgia4h.org/fantastic4her/default.htm
