Fantastic 4-H'er: Our new Fantastic 4-H’er is Nicole Winter. Nicole is a senior 4-H’er from Turner County. She is currently in the 10th grade at Tift Area Academy. Her main project areas include Fruits, Nuts, and Vegetables, Performing Arts-Vocal, Performing Arts-General, and Fashion Revue. Her 4-H highlights are teaching classes at Clover Fest and Fall Forum and wining 1st place at DPA in the 5th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. In addition to her DPA wins, she highlights being a member of the 2009-2010 Junior Board, 2011-2012 Senior Board, SET Ambassador, 2011 State Congress delegate, and a certified teen leader. She has two favorite 4-H memories. The first is when she was chosen to attend State Congress for the first time as a freshman. “I almost started to cry, and then stopped myself from doing so because I had to finish my project.” The second memory was when her name was announced for Senior Board. “As many pictures from DPA 2001 weekend show, I cried my eyes out with joy.” Nicole wants others to know “that
