Fantastic 4-H'er:

emblem Tess Bell

Fifteen year old 4-H‘er, Tess Bell is from Bacon County. Tess is a tenth grade Senior 4-H’er at Bacon County High School. Her main 4-H projects have included Communications, Dog Care, Cat Care, Arts & Crafts, Project Achievement, Teen Leader Training, Hands on Georgia Food Bank and many more. Her 4-H highlights include winning the Georgia 4-H Roadside Jingle Contest, placing second and third in project achievement, and serving as a 4-H Teen Leader. According to her application, 4-H “has helped me think outside the box.  It has also helped me make better decisions, looking beyond today. It has helped me plan for the future,” and “It has showed me that there is stuff to do instead of just thinking or reading. It has showed me to go out and help people do stuff and have fun while doing it.”  Bell wishes others "knew what good opportunities 4-H brings you.” After completion of high school, Tess plans to attend Waycross College for two years before transferring to UGA or VSU to become a medical doctor or to major in communications. Congratulations to Tess Bell from Bacon County, this week’s Fantastic 4-H’er!  To read more, visit:  http://www.georgia4h.org/fantastic4her/default.htm
