Fantastic 4-H'er:

emblem Allen Kent

Seventeen year old senior 4-H’er, Allen Kent has attended Project Achievement every year since the fifth grade in projects ranging from History to Food for Health and Sport and Communications. According to his application “Skills and projects never considered now intrigue me because of 4-H.” Kent goes on to say that “You cannot be in 4-H and never grow to love the people, both leaders and fellow members, that you meet.”  Allen wishes that others knew how unique 4-H is and that it offers many creative ways of learning for all different kinds of people.  “The friends you make, fun times you spend with county and district groups, and knowledge gained for future endeavors is second to none.”  His future plans include attending UGA and pursuing a major in Pharmacy.  Congratulations to Allen Kent  from Crisp County, this week’s Fantastic 4-H’er!  To read more, visit:  http://www.georgia4h.org/fantastic4her/default.htm
