Health Rocks!® is a healthy life program based on decision making and appropriate health knowledge. The experiential education program is facilitated by teen/adult leadership teams to help youth learn key health messages and skills such as critical thinking, how to manage stress and peer pressure, how to communicate effectively, and how to analyze media messages. Special emphasis is placed on tobacco use prevention.

In Georgia, local Health Rocks!® teams work with youth in a variety of settings inlcuding in-school 4-H meetings, afters school programs, and summer learning opportunities. Health Rocks!® programs are currently offered 48 counties throughout the state.
