Georgia 4-H Food Product Development Team Presents at Flavor of Georgia Contest

The 2016 Georgia 4-H Food Product Development Contest champion team recently presented their new food product, Ice Cream Dippers at the Annual Flavor of  Georgia contest in Atlanta. Spalding County 4-H’ers Hannah Rutledge, Isabel Rutledge, Carrianna Simmons, Nathaniel Haulk, Jordan Turner and Francisco Javier Zepeda presented their winning product concept and shared samples of their actual product with judges and food industry experts.  The team was coached by Lisa Kelley, Spalding County 
4-H Program Assistant. 

The Georgia 4-H Food Product Development contest  is sponsored by Golden Peanut and the UGA CAES Food Science Department.
