Banquet Ticket Information
Pre orders for tickets has been extended thru 5 p.m. Friday July 18th.

Preorders may be made by check, cash or credit. 

Orders may be placed using a ticket order form and faxing the order to Jenny Jordan 706-542-4373

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Part time Adults must use the ticket order form to prepay for tickets. Tickets can not be held without payment.
  •  
  • General Admission tickets are available for the Annual Banquet only.
  •  
     Adult Congress delegate will purchase ticket packages by cash or check at  district registration during Congress or may use the above Credit Card process 
     
  • A limited number of tickets are available  from the 4-H Information Booth at State 4-H Congress until 12 noon. Thursday, July 23rd. Tickets are limited and can not be reserved at the 4-H Information Booth without payment. Tickets purchased at the booth must be paid by cash or check.
  • TICKET INFORMATION BY COMPETITION CATEGORY
    • Congress Competitors are provided tickets through sponsorship with the Georgia 4-H Foundation.

    • Adults assigned to attend Congress in a fulltime capacity will purchase a ticket package at Congress during district registration OR may prepay for tickets with a credit card using the credit card system. Assigned adults may receive reimbursement through UGA travel regulations if authorized.

    • Special Events Honorees and coaches should refer to the special events letter for ticket ordering information.
    •  
    • Additional banquet tickets for guests may be purchased for the Annual Banquet at the 4-H Information Booth during 4-H Congress or may be preordered using the ticket order form or through the credit card system. Any tickets preordered are considered reserved and refunds may not be given. Payment should accompany orders.

    • Leadership in Action Honorees may purchase additional tickets for the Leadership Banquet at the 4-H Information Booth during Congress or may be preordered using the ticket order form.  Any tickets preordered are considered reserved and refunds may not be given.
