Training Weekend
What
a fantastic training. We hope you enjoyed the weekend, meeting
other
4-H'ers and your training session.
Don't forget
to complete your
survey in order to be registered as a current Ambassador. Both youth
and
adults need to complete the online survey before August 26th.

4-H Ambassadors on facebook. You can add your pictures here, post
ideas, and look for reminders.

Don't forget
to, visit
your
County Extension agent. It is very important that you keep
your
4-H leader involved in your plans.
Ambassador
Weekend was just the beginning. Now comes your opportunity to
share
with others. Don't forget to complete your monthly reports
and if you like apply for grants.
REPORTING
Quarterly
reports are required. These are in addition to reports required
with in your
program.
If it is easier, you can turn in reports monthly instead. It is
very
important
that you record what you are doing and send it in. Failure to
complete
reports may mean removal from the 4-H Ambassador Program.

Online
Report
Provides
ambassadors an opportunity to complete the
report through
a web program. If you complete online reports, the other report is not
required.

REPORT in the subject line or snail mailed or faxed (information

Ambassadors
may also create their own form by typing the information and returning

GRANT
OPPORTUNITIES
Grants
are awarded to Ambassadors through an application process. Each grant
is
considered based on it's potentional use of funds, individuals reached
and appropriateness for funding. Applications are accepted all
year.
Ambassadors are not guarnteed any grant funds and should not assume
that
an applicatoin will automatically be funded in full. Following the
grant
award, a report of the project must be submitted.
