Graced with a powerful, soulful voice, Jennifer Nettles has made a career of recording and performing songs that show off her extraordinary talent. Jennifer's long career in Clovers and Company was nothing short of extraordinary as well. For example, in the 1990-1991 show Jennifer captivated Clovers fans with her rendition of "Break it To Me Gently". Since Clovers and Company, Jennifer has been in many projects that have allowed her to continue her career in singing. She had her own singer/songwriter band, where she wrote, recorded and performed songs more towards the rock genre of music, however, after joining Sugarland, one of country music's top new acts, she has rocketed to fame in the country world with her vocals in the country genre. In talking to many DJ's in country radio, countless times they have stressed how much they believe Jennifer is one of the premier female voices on country radio today.

This past fall, Jennifer was seen on TV performing with Jon Bon Jovi for the CMT show "Crossroads". She has a duet with Bon Jovi released titled "Who Says You Can't Go Home" which is included on Bon Jovi's new album "Have A Nice Day". At the 2005 American Music Awards Sugarland received the Favorite New Artist award. In 2006, "Who Says You Can't Go Home" won a CMT Music Award for "Collaborative Video Of The Year". Jennifer and Bon Jovi won a Grammy in 2007 for "Best Country Vocal Collaboration".

Since then she has recieved the ACM Song of the Year Award and the Country Music Awards Song of the Year for "Stay" in 2008. Sugarland's latest album was released in 2008 and is titled "Love on the Inside". Also in 2008, Sugarland helped National 4-H release "Clover Country: Songs from Famous 4-H Alumni" CD (Pictured on left) with the song "Baby Girl".

Remembering where her career started, Jennifer performed with Clovers and Company in 2007 for the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents. The second picture shown on the left shows Jennifer performing the duet "Who Says You Can't Go Home?" with Al Janelle (Clovers and Company Alum). The third picture shown on the left shows her Clovers and Company outfit being retired that night in her honor. We all wish Jennifer the best of luck and success with her continued singing career.
