Audition Applications

2011 - 2012 Audition applications are available now via the links below! 

In order for Your Clovers & Co. application to be complete, your application must be approved by your County Extension Agent, 4-H Program Assistant or 4-H Associate and they must register you in 4-H Camp and Event Registration for Clovers & Co. auditions.

The state pre-registration deadline for audition applications is June 1 , 2011. Your county deadline will be earlier. You can check out the applications and information below to apply and see how auditions work!

Directions to Audition Sites - Select name of audition site for directions link.

Location 1 - Forston 4-H Center - Clayton County

Location 2 - Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Any eligible 4-H'er (Cloverleaf - Rising 12th graders) may audition.
4-H'ers are responsible for their own expenses and travel arrangements to and from the audition site.  

ALL AUDITIONS ARE LIMITED TO TWO MINUTES!

SINGERS AND DANCERS: For your audition, you should prepare a two minute performance showcasing your talent(s). If your performance does not include singing, you may be asked to sing "My Country 'Tis of Thee" a cappella.

MUSICIANS: Please prepare a two minute performance showing your talent. Bring any instruments you play. A piano will be furnished.  

STAGEHANDS / PRODUCTION CREW: Please highlight your experiences and interests on your application. Interviews will not be required. However, those who do come to the audition will be interviewed.  Stagehands primarily work on show set-up and break down, loading and unloading, the actual stage set, lighting, props and sound for the show.

JUDGES: The Clovers & Co. staff will be at the audition to select the talent they feel will be most appropriate for a state presentation. Their decision will be final. The Clovers & Co. staff reserves the right to select other talent as needed.  

YOUR COMMITMENT: Should you be selected, you will be obligated to attend the two full show rehearsals in August at Rock Eagle. You will also be asked to commit to a calendar of show dates for the year. Definite dates will be available at the auditions. Your cost to attend the rehearsals will be approximately $120.00. There is also a costume rental fee for the year for those selected as Clovers members. Scholarships are available.
