Late Breaking News.......Please provide the following to your 4-H'ers:

We will be assisting Cooperative Extension's Water Smart program with a survey during 4-H Fall Forum. Please print the consent forms below and have your 4-H'ers and your 4-H'ers parent/guardian sign the forms. Bring these forms to Fall Forum Registration.
 

This year's 4-H Fall Forum is sure to entertain high school 4-H'ers and volunteers with a mix of tradition and new programming.  Workshops taught by 4-H'ers and adults will include core program areas as well as tips for preparing for 4-H competition. The volunteer (adult) track sponsored by Monsanto and National 4-H Council includes opportunities for leaders to learn about club leadership and programming. Promote today so your group can be part of the magic

Some of the fun at Fall Forum will be:

  • Workshops led by 4-H'ers (application)
  • Exhibit Fair by 4-H'ers (application)
  • 4K for 4-H Road Race (flyer)On site registration accepted for additional $5 while shirts last
  • NEW Georgia 4-H Got Talent Contest (flyer) for individuals & groups of no more than three.  Limited space for enteries ($12/entry). Awards will be given for talent and $$$ raised on site for the cabin fundraiser.
  • Keep giving thru the Senior 4-H Service project ... our goal is to prepare 300 gift boxes for middle school at risk boys.  Items requested are:
  • Prepackaged snack foods, candy, gum
  • colored socks (not white socks)
  • Journals, sketchbooks, drawing paper, writing paper
  • trading cards
  • playing cards including decks of cards & card games
  • paperback books appropriate for middle school youth
  • shoe boxes & gift wrap to prepare packages
  • County with most participants (youth & adult) recognized with special honor
  • Volunteer program sponsored by Monsanto with special workshops & resources for volunteers
  • Change Challenge to build a Cabin~Districts will collect $$ for points & cabin
  • Adult Silect Auction~bring $$ and items to raise $$ for volunteer programs
