Forum Instructor & Exhibitor Information

Workshop
Instructor Information (due December 1st)
We want you to be one of the
awesome class leaders for this year's Fall Forum. Any high school
4-H'er attending can apply and this year you have the choice to develop
your own 1 hour lesson OR teach a lesson that has been developed for
you. This gives you the flexibility to get creative and develop a
class you want to teach or be assigned a teaching plan from one that
has already been prepared.
So what
is
the next step???
- Decide
if you will teach your class or one that has already been
developed. You can not apply to do both.
- If you decide teach your own, jump
down to Teach Your Own Class
Application & Instructions. Do know that for teach your own,
we'll want you to include a class outline to your application.
- If you decide to teach one that has
been written, jump dwon to Teach a
Prepared Class Application & Instructions. Do know
that if you teach a prepared, it will be assigned to you and you will
receive the lesson plan to review around December 3rd.
- Applications are due in hand by December 1st. Both
Teach Your Own & Prepared have two
application
choices.
- One
you print, fill out & mail (or scan & email) back for
consideration. One is a google
online form. Either
way
you are asked for the same information so you may want to use the
print form to plan your answers and then go online to enter your
information so you don't have to mail it.
- Read the tips & hints with both
applications. This will make it easier for you to fill out the
application forms.
- We will notify you and your county
Extension office via email by December 3rd for those that are choosen
to teach.
