  • Print the application for your reference.
  • Gather all of your information first. Be sure to have an outline of your class.
  • Meet with your 4-H leader to be sure the plan is a good one and to gather more ideas.
  • Complete your application.
  • Applications may be filled in online or handwritten.
  • Applications must be IN HAND on December 1st
