Junior/Senior Breeding Heifer Record Book:
• This record book is for Junior and Senior participants.  Juniors are grades:  5-8 and Seniors are grades 9-12.

• All entries must be from bona-fide 4-H member for current year.
• Record keeping is from the date of purchase no earlier than February 1 and not later than February 23.
• For participants not attending the 2005 Georgia Junior Livestock Show, the Breeding Heifer Record Book must be received by Monday, February 14th to: Heather K. Shultz, Hoke Smith Annex #321, Athens, GA  30602 or they may be delivered to the McGill Building, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 24th by a designated individual.
• For all participants that will be attending the 2005 Georgia Junior Livestock Show, Breeding Heifer Record Books must be delivered to the McGill Building, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 24th.
• The record book is complete.  No additional pages are allowed.  Do not submit record books in notebooks or binders.  You may use construction paper for the two pages of Supporting Materials, but they must be 8 ½” X 11”.  Use only one side of the pages for your Supporting Materials.
• All signatures must be obtained on the front of the record.
• All work must be handwritten by the submitting 4-H/FFA member.  Plagiarism is not allowed.  Record books that appear to be plagiarized will be disqualified and ineligible for awards
• Awards are given in the form of Savings Bonds to top five Junior Participants and top five Senior Participants at the Georgia Junior Livestock Award Banquet, Friday, February 25th.  Social security numbers are required for awards.
