Family Fun Night
Service Project

Georgia 4-H is collecting new and slightly used dvd movies  for Family Night at the Movies packs for our military families.

During State 4-H Council participants will have the opportunity to create Family Fun Night Packs. Through the 4-H Military Partnership and Operation Military Kids, Family Fun Night Packs will be shared throughout Georgia.

Georgia is home to more than 100,000 service members whom have 89,000 youth under the age of 18.  As the 5th largest military population in the United States, service men and women live in all 159 counties in Georgia as members of the Guard or Reserve or with one of our 13 military installations. Approximately 25,000 of Georgia service members are currently deployed.

During State 4-H Council, Iron Clover Points will be awarded for counties contributions and recognition will be given to counties with outstanding participation with this kickoff program.

Counties will need to bring a summary form with their contribution to State 4-H Council to be eligible for points and prizes.
