Georgia 4-H Centennial
History Book

Resources for Counties

An excellent project for 4-H'ers and volunteers to embark on, the 4-H Centennial History Book is an opportunity to explore 100 years of 4-H in an individual county.   This page is designed to provide counties with resources and ideas for encouraging the history project.

Places to Look Locally for 4-H Historical Information

In addition to the county Extension office, 4-H history may be found thru research in newspaper archives (look for information of 4-H'ers participating in projects and local activities) as well as school annuals and yearbooks, local historians, and other organizations that have a history in the community.
