1. Must be a 4-H member during current year and must not have passed their 19th birthday as of January 1 of the current year.

Applicant must be a 4-H member who is graduating from high school during current year or enrolled in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Georgia in the summer or fall of the current year. The recipient must be enrolled as a FACS student for one semester and maintain a "C" average. After satisfying the one semester requirement, the full amount will be awarded.
