    • Workshop/Poster Session/Funshops Proposal  

    • DUE MARCH 3rd
      • submit form directly to Alabama with a copy (or email) to Jenny Jordan (information below)
      • all Georgia selected presenters and exhibitors must register atleast part time for the Forum
      • Georgia presenters/exhibitors are asked to submit no more than 3 total presentations or exhibits or combinations of. In addition to presentations/exhibits, a presenter may submit 2 Funshops (evening crafts)
      • All selected presenters/exhibitors will be asked to submit an electronic copy of their handouts.  Remember that duplicated instructions from copyrighted books or circulars should not be made for presentations.


    Southern Region Volunteer Leader Forum is a funfilled, educational weekend for volunteers by volunteers. Coordinated by a regional committee of volunteers and paid staff and hosted by a different state each year. Thirteen states and two territories participate in the conference that includes more than 40 workshop offerings and over 500 delegates from across the region. Space is limited and early registration is encouraged.

    Early Bird Registration Deadline is August 10, 2008 

      Fulltime Registration
      • $225 including all meals, lodging, 4-H shirt and activities during the event
      Part time Registration 
      • Friday all meals $95
      • Friday dinner only $80
      • Saturday all meals $100
      • Lodging $35/night


    Registration received after August 10th may be assessed a $50 late fee. Refunds will be granted prior to September 1st.  Following September 1st, refund may be requested but are not guaranteed.
