    4-H Certified Leader Training Programs 
Building capacity, supporting and expanding youth opportunities, providing educational content are all goals of the 4-H Certified Leader Training Program.  Georgia 4-H offers training for volunteers & staff in a variety of areas to better support 4-H'ers, staff and communities in making the best better.

    4-H Certification Programs
    The following programs are not only educational opportunities for staff but meet the coaching requirements for competition.  In all cases, coaches (both paid staff and volunteer) are required to complete training in order for the county to field a team for competition.

    • Certified 4-H SAFE Coaches' Training
      • current requirement
    • Certfied 4-H Wildlife Judging Coaches'Training
      • required for Wildlife teams after August 1, 2011
    • Certified 4-H Cotton Boll/Consumer Jamboree Coaches' Training
      • required for Cotton Boll teams after August 1, 2012
    • Certified 4-H Forestry Field Day Coaches' Training
      • required for Forestry Field Day teams after August 1, 2011
    • Certified 4-H Poultry Judging Training
      • required for Poultry Judging teams after August 1, 2013
Certified Coach's Training for  Forestry Wildlife & Cotton Boll will be offered
Saturday, June 22 at Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Training meets the certification requirements listed above.
